⏰ Are you really available 24/7?
Yes! Life doesn’t run on a 9–5 schedule, and neither do we. PureClean offers round-the-clock cleaning so you can book whenever it works best for you.
📅 How far in advance should I book?
For standard and recurring cleanings, we suggest booking at least 48 hours ahead. For deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, or commercial services, 3–5 days in advance allows us the best time to prepare.
🏡 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope — it’s totally up to you. Many clients give us access instructions so we can clean while they’re out. However, if you prefer to be at home, we’ll be happy to work around your schedule.
🧽 Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We provide all professional cleaning products and equipment. If you’d like us to use a specific product, just let us know — we’re flexible.
